Maintainers conduct fall-rescue exercise
Members of the 8th Expeditionary Aircraft Maintenance Squadron conducted a fall-rescue exercise April 15 at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar. Staff Sgt. Steven Sentner, 8th EAMS crew chief, calls the maintenance operations center for help, after seeing a “maintenance worker” suspended by a harness from an aircraft here. The exercise tested and validated the in-place plan to provide expedient care for the trapped member. (U.S. Air Force photo by Tech. Sgt. Terrica Y. Jones/Released)
